1General Terms & Conditions

Bhg5 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bhg5 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, and creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address to claim the bonus is strictly prohibited.

5Gaming Rules

Each game category on bhg5 has its own set of rules. The general gaming rules are outlined below:

• All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, all wagered funds will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome will be determined based on the data saved on bhg5's servers.

5.1 Odds & Payouts

At bhg5, the Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is displayed on the game page. Odds for Sports Betting may change in real time. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final.

6Prohibited Activities

All bhg5 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour towards other users.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Bhg5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• If KYC verification fails or is rejected.
• Prolonged account inactivity (12 consecutive months).
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

7.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, subject to applicable conditions.
